Our Mission
At Moneymap, we’ve developed a unique approach to provide personalized, live financial coaching for your employees. By combining behavioral economics and today’s technology, Moneymap delivers affordable, just-in-time coaching to help employees make the most of their money.
At its core, Moneymap is a social venture focused on helping employees select and achieve their financial goals. We have a particular focus on assisting employees experiencing financial stress, whether it’s mounting debt or running out of money at the end of the month. Rather than pursue the failed approach of employee education, we have partnered with Duke University’s Common Cents Lab and the renowned behavioral economist, Dan Ariely, to design a personalized coaching platform that makes it easy for employees to take action by coaching them through a step-by-step process to achieve their goals.
“Moneymap uses proven behavioral economics principles to coach employees to financial wellness…”
In a recent survey, 55% of working Americans cited “not having enough emergency savings for unexpected expenses” as their top financial concern*. What employees need is a simple system that takes their unique situation and creates an actionable plan that a financial coach can hold them accountable to. At Moneymap, we’re focused every day on making sure every employee has the best, most actionable plan to achieve their financial goals.
